Michelle is Vice President for Technology at
Database Designs Associates and serves on the board of the nonprofit organization
Aspiration, and has served on the steering Committee of
NOSI (the Nonprofit Open Source Initiative). She has been involved in the nonprofit technology field for 7 years, and has been active in the effort to increase the use of Open Source software in the nonprofit sector, with advocacy and educational initiatives. She is the lead developer of the open source database development platform Xina, and has been a developer of database and web applications for 10 years.
